FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS & ISSUES

  • General FAQs include questions such as What is the Institutional Review Board (IRB), How long will it take for OHSP or the IRB to approve of my study, and What types of activities may not require review? 
  • RAMP IRB-related FAQs include questions such as How do I access and use RAMP IRB to submit my study, and How do I check the status of my submission!
  • Specific FAQs include questions such as What if I want to involve students as study subjects, What are some generally accepted techniques to protect subjects' confidentiality, and Are there special requirements for clinical trials?
  • Student-led Research FAQs include questions such as What must be submitted for review, Who may serve as a faculty advisor for my study, and What if I leave FSU?
